Our signature cart requires approximately 2m x 1.5m of floor space, plus comfortable access for guests to queue. We recommend factoring in a little extra space around the cart for the best guest experience.
Our bubble tea station comfortably serves events of up to 150–200 guests over a 2-hour period. For larger events, please mention your guest count in your quote request and we will advise accordingly.
Absolutely. Once your booking is confirmed, we will discuss your flavour and topping preferences with you. We curate a selection that suits your event theme and guest preferences.
We require access to a standard 13-amp power socket within reasonable proximity to the cart position. We bring everything else — equipment, supplies, and staff.
Once you are happy with your personalised quote, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Your date is not held until the retainer is received.
Yes — additional hours can be arranged at an extra charge. Please mention this when requesting your quote so we can factor it in from the start.
