Start by submitting a quote request through our website. Tell us about your event — the date, location, guest count, and the services you're interested in. We'll come back to you within 24 hours with availability and a personalised quote. Once you're happy to proceed, a 30% retainer secures your date.

We recommend booking as early as possible — particularly for weekends and peak event dates such as summer and December. Popular dates can fill up months in advance. That said, we always recommend getting in touch even at short notice and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely — and it works seamlessly. All of our cart-based services run from the same signature cart, so combining two or more services simply means a broader offering from the same beautifully presented station. Many clients book two or three services together. Just mention everything you're interested in when you request your quote.

We review your request and come back to you within 24 hours with availability and pricing tailored to your event. If you're happy to proceed, we'll confirm the details, issue an invoice for the 30% retainer, and your date is secured once payment is received.

Minor changes can usually be accommodated depending on the timing and nature of the request. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to make amendments and we will do our best to help.

Every booking includes 1 hour of setup before service begins, 2 hours of fully staffed service, and 1 hour of pack down and removal afterwards. Everything is included — equipment, supplies, staffing, setup, and takedown. You do not need to provide anything.

Yes — additional hours can be arranged at an extra charge. Please mention this when submitting your quote request so we can factor it into your pricing from the start.

Our signature cart requires approximately 2m x 1.5m of floor space, plus a comfortable queuing area for guests. We recommend speaking to your venue about the best placement — we are happy to advise once we know your setup.

Yes — we require access to a standard 13-amp power socket within reasonable proximity to the cart. We bring extension leads where needed. Please confirm power availability with your venue in advance and let us know if there are any limitations.

We cover all of London — Central, North, South, East, and West — as well as surrounding areas. Get in touch with your event location and we will confirm availability. For events outside London, travel costs may apply.

Yes, subject to weather conditions and site suitability. We will discuss the specifics of your outdoor setup when confirming your booking to ensure everything works perfectly on the day.

Yes — once your booking is confirmed, we will work with you to curate a selection of flavours, toppings, and options that suit your event theme and guest preferences. We like to get this right, so we build in time to discuss it with you in advance.

Most of our services comfortably serve events of up to 150–200 guests within a 2-hour period. For larger events, please mention your guest count in your quote request and we will advise on the best setup to ensure every guest is well served.

It depends on the service. Our mini pancakes are made fresh to order on-site. Cheesecake fillings and tiramisu are prepared fresh in advance for quality and setting purposes, then assembled or scooped on the day. All ingredients are sourced and prepared with care.

We are happy to discuss dietary requirements at the time of booking. We can accommodate a number of common requirements including dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options across several of our services. Please mention any requirements in your quote request so we can advise accordingly.

Yes — the majority of our services are completely suitable for children. All drinks are alcohol-free as standard. Please mention if you have a significant number of young guests and we will ensure the offering is appropriate.

Traditional tiramisu contains a small amount of coffee liqueur. We can prepare an alcohol-free version on request — just mention this when enquiring and we will confirm it in your quote.

We take allergens seriously. Please inform us of any nut allergies or other severe dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will advise on which services are suitable and take every reasonable precaution, though please be aware that cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed in a live event environment.

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This reserves your slot in our calendar and covers preparation costs. Your date is not confirmed until the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.

The remaining 70% balance is due prior to the event date. The exact deadline will be confirmed in your quote — typically 14 days before the event for larger bookings.

We accept bank transfer. Payment details are provided in your invoice once your quote is confirmed.

The 30% retainer is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it covers preparation and date reservation costs. If you need to cancel or postpone, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative date where possible.
